  Hotel will not allow cancelations - even w/ 3 weeks notice and just going from 3 nights down to 2 nights!!! they will charge your credit card whether you stay or ...

  Hotel will not allow cancelations - even w/ 3 weeks notice and just going from 3 nights down to 2 nights!!! They WILL charge your credit card whether you stay or not. We also found out rates were inflated $50 per night due to event at Qwest center (checked and other hotels did not do this).

  Overall the accommodations were good. very roomy. bathroom apparently had undergone some recent work and was still in need of completion. slight smell of smoke in non-smoking room.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff recognizes me and greets me by name every visit. this is definitely my 1st choice when staying in omaha... ...

  I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff recognizes me and greets me by name every visit. This is definitely my 1st choice when staying in Omaha...close to the airport and the dining in the Old Market is exceptional. I would recommend this hotel highly.

  Room has extremely thin walls. could hear everything. loud traffic. mowing grass early saturday morning. loud music in parking lot all night. good location though.

  This holiday inn express surprised me...usually i expect a lot more of them. the service was wonderful when we checked in at night and the man was rude when ...

  This Holiday Inn Express surprised me...usually I expect a lot more of them. The service was wonderful when we checked in at night and the man was RUDE when when checked out in the morning. Beds were comfortable, but we couldn't find the black out curtains - and that was between 3 rooms!
